How can I create a signature in Webmail?

To have a signature displayed at the bottom of all emails that you send out, please follow the steps below. Signatures are often used to hold contact information, disclosure information or links to your website.

Step 1:

First, log into the 1&1 Webmail 2.0 interface at using your full 1&1 e-mail address as the username and the account's password.

Step 2:

Click the Configuration button toward the top-left of the page as show in the image below.

Step 3:

In the Configuration menu on the left-hand side, scroll down and select Signatures under the E-mail sub-menu.

Step 4:

Click the Add button from the Signatures heading toward the top of the window.

Step 5:

Enter a Name for the signature.
Choose a Place of Signature to place it above or below the written e-mail.
Enter text for the Signature.

When finished, click the OK button to save the signature.

Step 6:

You will now see the signature added in the configuration section of the Webmail window. Add additional signatures in the same manner.
